Gents Bulova automatic wrist watch, 1954.

The watch has a 23-jewel automatic movement, signed with the Bulova name, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 31mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold filled. There is a little light rubbing to the front and some wear to the plate on the back of the watch. The signed case back states that the watch is 'watertite' but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. The date code dates it back to 1954, and there is also a 1954 inscription. The watch has its original signed Bulova winding crown.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial has a striking sunburst pattern which gives the watch plenty of character. Original hands and centre seconds hand.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
