The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a hand-winding movement, 30T2 PC, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 11,121,495 dates it back to around 1947.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel. The front and sides of the case are in good condition, the case back has some unevenness.
Dennison was a prolific maker of cases for various watch makers. The winding crown is probably a replacement but of the correct style.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish and has feuille shaped hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There is marking to the dial as shown in the photos.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
