Victorian Mahogany Desk Chair

Description

A handsome antique early Victorian mahogany open armchair or desk chair. The oblong top-rail and carved crossbar above a drop seat on turned legs. It has generously scrolled arm rests and hexagonal turned legs. The drop-in seat has been newly recovered over the existing upholstery which is old but sound.

Solid and sturdy with wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly recovered over existing old but sound upholstery.
