Small Georgian Flame Mahogany Bow Front Chest of Drawers

Description

A beautiful small mahogany chest of drawers dating from the early 19th Century. Excellent quality and very well made with a lovely rich patina and flame mahogany drawer fronts. It has an attractive bow-front and is set on turned feet. The drawers have turned wooden handles and are oak lined. They open well and are generally clean and tidy inside.

It is in good condition for its age. There are the usual small signs of wear, some minor marks and stains and a small chip above one drawer. The locks are missing in the bottom two drawers but the unsightly gaps have been filled with a much more pleasing wooden strip. They are strong and sturdy and overall they display beautifully.
