Description

Very handsome pair of late 19th.c. mahogany and leather club armchairs c.1890. Unusual design with low horseshoe shaped backrest and arms raised on turned and fluted columns over a generously proportioned sprung seat. Vintage upholstery in very good quality pillar box red leather. Turned and fluted front legs, swept rear legs all raised on the original white pot castors with beaded brass collars at the front.
