A rare and superb quality set of ten early 19th Century mahogany sash back dining chairs, consisting of eight side chairs and two armchairs, with a nice reeded top rail and a unique reeded sash central rail, the armchairs having wonderfully shaped scroll arms, recently upholstered drop in calico seats, supported on sabre legs. Circa 1800.
