Description

This is an original antique Victorian chaise lounge ottoman dating from the 1880’s period that we have had re-upholstered in leather & then hand coloured & antiqued. We have tried to keep the same design which was very practicable & it still has the original feet & casters. This piece is finished off on the back the same as the front. It has a deep buttoned head or arm rest & the leather is hand tacked all over onto the frame. One of the nicest features is the lift up seat, revealing loads of storage inside. There is a leather handle to aid lifting the seat lid up & two straps to stop the seat falling too far back. It’s of quite small proportions too.
