Puckerings has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.

This is beautiful quality frame with silver wrapped right and around the side and angled toward the glass to the front. This has a very popular hammered design, popular during this era, with it's Arts and Crafts inspired design which bounces light like a series of jewels.

It is the perfect frame for either a lady or gentleman, for a traditional or contemporary interior. The silver is fully hallmarked for London 1902, a very early Edwardian example and also stamped with the maker's initials for the top-notch silversmith, William Comyns, highly collectable.
