A Good Oak 18th Century Lancashire Mule Chest

Description

A good oak 18th Century Lancashire mule chest. Having a rectangular hinged top opening to reveal storage space and a candle compartment. The chest has three "dummy" and six working drawers, each with block moulding to the fronts of the solid oak drawers which also retain the original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons. With quarter reeded columns, panelled ends and supported on shaped ogee bracket feet. English circa 1780-1800

Condition: This mule chest is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
