This Walnut bow front dressing chest was made circa 1920.
The quality of this dressing chest points to it being made for Maple & co. or Waring and Gillows fine showrooms.

It stands on tapering square section legs with kick-out toes.
The top with cross-banded top edged in ebony, the rear upstand with tapering supports for the oval framed bevelled mirror. The supports with acorn shaped finials and original mirror adjustment screws.

This is a marvellous example of one of a dressing chest and as it is not wide will fit in a bedroom of dressing area
