Sterling Silver Sugar Shaker - Chester 1928

1900 - 1920
Description

Standing on a raised stepped base this lovely SOLID SILVER SUGAR SHAKER is of plain form and classic baluster shape. The top has a lovely pierced design and is finished with a lovely silver finial.

Made by the well-known silversmiths of S. Blanckensee & Sons and assayed in Chester in 1928, this lovely Sugar Shaker / Caster has no added engravings, monograms or initials.

In very good condition (see condition report below) this would look lovely in any table setting and would add to any silver collection.

Condition:

Used / Very Good

There are no repairs.

Two dinks to the side – nothing major but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Height – 6.5” (163mm) / Diameter – 2.25” (56mm)

Weight – 106gm / 3.4ozt
