Arts & Crafts Oak Hall Bench C.1900.

Description

Arts & Crafts oak bench or hall seat c.1900. Backrest carved with simple flower head roundels and raised on three groups of three long turned spindles. Shaped arms supported on matching spindles and long turned front stiles with round pommel tops. Board seat with serpentine front edge and a shaped apron. Front and rear legs joined wit side stretchers for strength. In solid oak throughout. Very good original colour and condition.
