FB Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Each door is flanked by ormulu mounts at the top and bottom, as well as nice floral marquetry inlays throughout. Both of the cabinets are in excellent condition and match perfectly having been re-polished by hand using traditional methods.
