Masons Antiques has dated this piece to the 1880s.
Front opening bezel with convex, bevelled glass. The dial with white enamelled cartouche inset, blue Roman numerals. The 8 day movement by JAPAY FRERES of PARIS, strikes the half-hours and the hours on a bell.
Obviously the clock can be used with it's bracket as a wall displayed unit or alternatively as a table or mantel clock.

Bracket: H 12cm, W 20cm, D 12cm.
