A beautifully decorated marquetry work table featuring a floral motive to the central panel.
The hinged top and lower shelf are banded with brass. Beneath the hinged top is a segmented storage area with an ebonised frame surrounding an inset mirror.
The frieze of the storage compartment is decorated with two tone veneers and a polished central escutcheon.
The ebonised corners and turned tapering legs lead down through the lower marquetry shelf to stand on squat turned feet.
Fully working brass lock and key.
Some historic worm that has long since gone and been treated.
