A superb quality Victorian rosewood whatnot.
c1860.
A very versatile and useful item, having three generous sized serpentine shaped shelves, over a drawer to the base.
Wonderful finely carved barley-twist supports for the shelves, with urn finials to the top and a fret-carved gallery.
Super colour and figuring to the rosewood.
Turned bulbous supports with brass and porcelain castors.
A high quality piece, with many uses. Great for books, magazines, or towels and bottles in the bathroom, etc etc.
In excellent antique condition.
Solid, sturdy and strong.
