Boxed set of 4 silver wine taster, taste de vin or quaich.
Unusual to find original sets still together in the original box.
Hallmarked in London with the date letter for 1906 and the makers mark for George Jackson and David Fullerton of Bristol. The retailers mark in the box is for James Walker Ltd. 88 Oxford Street London.
Plain round shape on a raised foot, the handles are pierced and have a slight upturn to the point.
Excellent condition with only minor signs of age and use. No damage or repairs.
Would make a great display piece and would add a new dimension to any collection.
Measures 3 7/8 inches 10 cm rim to handle, 3 1/8 inches 8 cm in diameter
and 3/4 inches 2 cm tall.
The combined silver weight is 152.3 grams.
