Description

Beautiful early 20th.c. Queen Anne style walnut chest of drawers on stand c.1920. Top section with two short drawers over three long drawers of graduated depth, raised on a stand with three additional drawers. Beautifully figured elm veneered drawer fronts with walnut crossbanding, cockbeaded edges and attractive brass swan neck handles with shaped backplates. Moulded cornice and waist, shaped apron to the front and sides and elegant cabriole legs with carved scallop detail and pad feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
