The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
Each of the chains measures 23cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
Each of the links has the lion passant silver mark and one has the Henry Allday mark again so we can be confident all the components are original.

There is also a shorter chain which houses a silver vesta, later in date than the chain as it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1927 and a maker's mark for Joseph Gloster. The front of the vesta has a shield containing initials WHU. There is some unevenness to sides and a couple of “dings”.
Also included is an impressive 1907 silver fob. There are some surface marks to the back but no engraving.
The total weight is 117g.
