A magnificent find, a true piece of wall art, this is an impressive hand-carved Black Forest coat / hat stand featuring a beautifully executed Owl to the centre with three substantial pegs.

The Owl is flanked each side with carved Oak leaves; he is lucky enough to retain two large glass eyes (a few age hairlines to the glass - insignificant but mentioned purely for accuracy).

An impressive piece spanning 31" x 15" tall x 7 1/2" deep. Victorian in era, dating to c.1890/1900.
