Description

A Fine Quality marquetry inlaid Edwardian Period serpentine cabinet by Maple & Co Of London. The upper section with a marquetry and pen-work inlaid swan neck cornice above a serpentine shaped central glazed door, which opens to reveal a silk lined and shelved interior with concave glazed ends. The lower section also of serpentine outline with fine quality inlaid central cupboard doors with Adam style urns. With concave shaped end panels with marquetry trailing harebell inlay, supported on four tapering splayed supports united by a mahogany shaped shelf. English circa 1900-1910
