A Fine Hepplewhite Period Pembroke Table

18th century
Description

Raised on square tapered and fluted legs that terminate in brass castors, the single oak lined drawer is banded, retains its original ring handles and is bordered on either side by oval panels set into the tops of the legs, the reverse side is a dummy drawer. The figured top is banded in pale rosewood and a central inlaid urn. In Cuban mahogany and original condition and of good colour and patination. 720mm high, 845mm wide and 545mm deep. Circa 1790.
