This superb VICTORIAN SOLID SILVER TANKARD is of classic form with D-shaped handle and has a beautiful all over chased and engraved design.

Made by Atkin Brothers in 1886, this stunning piece is in fabulous condition and even retains the gilt interior finish despite being over 130 years old.

Holding a full half pint and this fabulous Silver Tankard would make an excellent gift or could enhance any silver collection.

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Some wear to the gilt coating on the inside – to be expected with an item of this age.

Some minor marks to front cartouche – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.
