Serpentine Fronted Burr Walnut Chest of Drawers

1900 - 1920
Description

A charming serpentine chest of compact proportions. Made in the Queen Anne style from solid walnut and attractive burr walnut veneers. The shaped top is cross banded and surrounded by thumb-nail molding. There is a series of 2 short over 2 long drawers all cross banded and fitted with their original brass hardware. This lovely chest has a great shape and a wonderful colour and patina. We have had it sympathetically repolished to a very high standard and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
