A lovely quality antique Sheraton period regency mahogany inlaid writing secretaire chest of drawers of small , rare and desirable proportion and wonderful original colour. The top cross banded with satinwood and the top drawer inlaid with a classical oval bordered with boxwood and ebony line inlay. With three further drawers all raised on shaped bracket feet . All drawers are oak lined and the interior of the secretaire opens to reveal satinwood drawers and an arrangement of pigeon holes with a new leather writing skiver.

Measures 40"w x 44"h x20.5"d. Excellent condition and colour. C.1790.
