Fabulous Pair Unusual Antique English Sterling Silver Photograph Frames - 1898

Description

A stunning pair of late Victorian photograph frames, lovely quality with an intricate cast silver scalloped border created from a series of reticulated panels with tiny floral motifs within.

Each of the frames is fully hallmarked for London 1898 together with the makers initials for the silversmith, Robert Pringle.

The backs are made from solid English Oak with a folding easel stand.

Excellent condition and pretty as a picture. Each measuring 8" x 6 3/4" with a glazed aperture measuring 5 1/4" x 3 3/4".
