A Lovely Pair of Victorian Silver Candlesticks

A gorgeous pair of silver candlesticks dating from the Victorian period. These lovely examples are of third height in the Adams revival style and have handsome armorials to the fronts. The bases are shaped and feature bands of beaded decoration. This decoration is repeated to the sconces, which are fully hallmarked and removable. The bodies are urn shaped with draped swags and bows. These wonderful examples are as practical as they are decorative and have the added benefit of being hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
