Smart Antique English Sterling Silver Photograph Frame - 1918

Description

A truly smart antique English photograph frame with the highly sought-after two-way option. The easel at the back allowing the frame to be used in both a Portrait and Landscape configuration.

The sterling silver front with it's oval aperture has an engine-turned border outlining rectangular shape. The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1918, a true antique example being 100 years old.

The back is made from solid English Oak. Excellent condition measuring 7 7/8" x 5 1/2" with a glazed aperture measuring 6 1/2" x 4 3/8".
