Gents silver Omega wrist watch, c1920.

The watch has a hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Omega name and the serial number 5,571,050 dates it back to around 1920.

The watch is a good size at 31.5mm wide excluding the winding crown and 31.5mm high excluding the fixed lugs. The case is silver and there are Continental hallmarks on the back of the watch, together with the early Omega logo. There is some minor marking to the back of the watch but overall the condition is very good for a piece from the 1920s.

The glass and lens are both in good condition, just a very faint hairline running from the centre but it is barely visible to the naked eye. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
