An lovely flowerhead cornflower blue natural sapphire and diamond interchangeable ring/brooch set. the ring and brooch are unhallmarked however they test for 18ct gold, the set is in beautiful antique condition, the ring has hardly been worn and looks like new. The ring size is K 1/2 UK. The ring diameter is 7mm. The brooch is 6cm long and the brooch depth is 1cm.
