The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement, 30 T2 PC, which is working nicely. The movement is signed Omega and the serial number 10,327,423 dates it back to around 1945.
The watch is a good size at 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs.
The inside of the case back has the Omega logo together with the case reference 2338/1 which is correct for the 30 T2 PC movement. The crown is of the period but not original to the watch.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, a good sized subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
