A very pretty 9ct gold vintage locket, on a 16'''' 9ct gold chain. The locket is circular in shape and is a particularly good diameter width ( 1.9cm approx - great for putting a reasonably sized photo in)). The front of the locket is decorated with lovely swirling engraving and the back is simply plain polished gold with no engraving apart from the hallmarks that are clearly visible for 9ct gold, Chester 1958 with the maker''s marks: ''B&S'' (B.H Britton & Sons). The chain is marked 9ct gold. When opened the locket has a lovely turquoise leatherette base surrounded by the gold frame in which to place a memento or photograph.
A perfect vintage gift.
Condition: In great vintage condition.
Hallmarks and maker''s marks: Chester 1958, 9ct gold, by B.H. Britton & Sons.

Chain - 16 inches approx.
Size of locket: 1.9cm diameter width.
