A Fine Quality Burr Walnut Victorian Period Fold Over Card Table

Description

A fine quality burr walnut Victorian Period fold over card table. Having a rectangular hinged top veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut swivelling and opening to reveal a baize lined playing surface banded in burr walnut. The top supported on four fluted columns, acanthus carved swept feet with inset castors and united by a turned and fluted stretcher. English circa 1870-1880

Dimensions: 32" wide x 28" high x 18" deep

Condition: This card table is in excellent condition, replacement baize lining.
