This is an adjustable height, antique piano stool dating to the 19th century c.1880.

Raised on four, splayed, turned and fluted legs united by a turned, 'X' frame stretcher the stool adjusts by spinning the top on the robust threaded bar that ascends and descends from the central baluster.

The padded seat has been finished in a floral cloth in fine order that could be easily reupholstered to suit any décor and adjusts in height from 49cm to 63cm.
A solid and attractive piece, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
