Edwardian Antique Silver Stamp Box 1909

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful genuine EDWARDIAN ANTIQUE SILVER STAMP BOX made by silversmiths M & C Lister Ltd. in 1909.

Standing on four ball feet, this trough-shaped Silver Stamp Box has two separate stamp compartments and a spring-loaded lid with two antique stamps encased behind glass. Inside the box is fully gilded and has the original red leather lining under the lid.

There are no added engravings, monograms or initials and this fabulous Sterling Silver Stamp Box is in excellent condition and would enhance to any silver collection.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Box has a slight rock – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Length – 2.25” (56mm) / Width – 1.375” (34mm) / Height – 0.75” (19mm)

Weight – 30gm / 0.97ozt
