Sterling Silver Hip Flask – Chester 1928

1900 - 1920
Description

This SOLID SILVER HIP FLASK was made by S. Blanckensee & Sons and assayed in Chester in 1928.

In superb condition with very little sign of wear, this lovely flask has a twist bayonet cap, is watertight and ready for use. The flask has no added engravings, monograms or initials and is nicely curved to fit into the pocket.

Holding an impressive 200mls (1/3 Pint), this excellent flask is ready for use and would make a lovely gift for someone who enjoys a tipple on the move !

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There are no repairs.

One or two small dents commensurate with age – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy.

Dimensions:

Height – 6.0” (150mm) / Width – 3.5” (88mm)

Weight – 168gm / 5.4ozt

Capacity – 200mls
