This is the Eterna-Matic 1000 fully automatic movement model.
It was retailed by Garrard The Crown Jewellers and comes with its original box.
It has a solid 9ct yellow gold case and a new high quality leather strap, the case has a heavy screw down back and has been professionally cleaned and polished so is in superb condition.
The Swiss movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect from Eterna the watch is fully marked on the dial and case which is fully hallmarked.

The watch case measures 34mm in diameter not including the crown.
The watch has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Eterna in all respects. This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The watch movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. the cases are polished and the watch sealed, in the case of waterproof watches a full waterproof pressure test is carried out to manufacturers specification.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
