Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Armchair

Description

This fine quality elegant armchair has a high seat height so would be ideal as a desk chair. It's antique Edwardian & mahogany with satinwood inlaid bandings. The satinwood inlays are in many places – all over the back, arms, legs, across the seat & even on the back splats. The fine tapered legs are also strengthened by cross stretchers. The seat has just been re-upholstered with our popular cream textured fabric. This chair is in good condition & dates from the 1890-1910 period.

Height – 37 inches, 95 cm

Arm height – 28 inches, 71 cm

Seat height – 19 inches, 48 cm
