This Antique rosewood box was made circa 1860.

It can be used for many uses, but it would be very useful if it is to be used as a jewellery box.

The lid lifts to reveal a full storage area lined in red paper.

The box is made in rosewood with the lid inlaid with a panel of amboyna wood which in turn has an inlay of mother of pearl at the centre, all bordered by box wood.
