Victorian Overmantle Mirror

Description

A good sized antique Victorian overmantle mirror in gold painted frame. With half round pilasters, ebonised inner slip and ceramic bun feet. The mirror plate in good condition. Could be used as a hall mirror or as an overmantle mirror above a fireplace.

Construction/Wood:

Gold painted wood

Condition Report:

Marks and scuffs commensurate with age. The mirror plate in good condition, probably not original but has a little age to it with light foxing in places. Gilding has been overpainted at some point, but has aged.
