A very fine, solid silver Child''s Spoon & Fork Christening set, all in the original case. Beautifully designed in a lovely 40''s style. Both items are a good heavy gauge silver and feel nice and sturdy to hold. Hallmarks are very clearly visible on the back of both pieces for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1941 and maker''s marks for the silversmith Barker Brothers.

The original deep brown leatherette presentation case is in lovely condition on both the outside and the inside.
