The panel is framed with a raised border.
The lid lifts to reveal the original gilding on the interior of the lid surrounding the shell. The box retails the original blue silk lining in good clean condition.
The box is fully hallmarked for London 1908, Edwardian in era. The hallmark also includes the makers mark for the famous top-notch silversmith, William Comyns.
Superb condition measuring 3" x 2" x 1 3/4" tall.
