Pair of Swedish Art Deco Satin Birch Armchairs

1920 - 1940
Description

It’s been a while since we have had a pair of these classic original Swedish Art Deco armchairs in. There was a time when we were bringing two or three similar pairs over from Sweden every month, but they are obviously getting scarce. Anyway, we will have to look harder, because these won’t hang around for long. They have satin birch frames, which have just been polished & re-upholstered in a good quality cream textured fabric. Like all these original chairs, they are hand sprung & comfortable. These very stylish chairs date from the 1930’s period.

Depth – 30 inches, 77 cm

Height – 29 inches, 74 cm

Seat height – 16 inches, 41 cm
