Art Nouveau Inlaid Revolving Bookcase C.1905.

Description

Unusual mahogany revolving bookcase c.1905. Unusual two tier top inlaid with an exceptional Art Nouveau pattern of organic motifs in exotic and colourful timbers within a Tunbridge ware border. Raised on square columns over seven feet of shelf space (6" depth) for books etc. with slatted sides. Revolving on a cross shaped foot raised on small metal castors. Excellent colour and condition. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.
