A 20th Century Chinese Foot Stool

1900 - 1920
Description

A 20th century Chinese foot stool with carved decorations, the legs with foo dog heads on ball and claw feet. The stool has a nice old worn stitched upholstered seat decorated with foliage, horseman and castles.

The stool has a red laquer finish and has fantastic patination , there are a few small old chips and a crack to a molding all commiserate with age. Overall condition excellent.
