The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a nicely patterned hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The signed movement has the serial number 27,501,629 which dates it back to 1931.
The watch measures 30mm wide excluding the winding crown and 30mm high excluding the lugs.
.. the Dennison Watch Case Company made cases for various watch manufacturers but they had a very close working relationship with Waltham. The case has a little unevenness to the back but overall is in nice condition for such an early piece.

The signed dial has a couple of short faint hairline cracks, neither are too obvious to the naked eye. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
