Description

Pretty as a picture, this delightful photograph frame is decorated with an egg and dart design and topped with a beautiful ribbon and bow mount.

The backing is made from solid English Oak with a folding easel stand.

The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1899, a true Victorian example. The makers initials are present for the well renowned silversmith, Henry Matthews.

A superb and highly decorative frame in excellent condition measuring 6 3/4" x 4 5/8" with a glazed aperture measuring 5 1/2" x 3 3/4".
