A Fabulous William IV Silver Cow Paperweight

A most attractive hallmarked silver cow in reclining position, mounted on a base of Conamara Marble. This unusual item is a paperweight with Farming interest and dates back to the 1830's. The figure of the cow is well cast, with attractive detailing and the marble base is a glorious rippled green. A wonderful gift idea, being both practical and decorative. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Very good, with no holes, dents or splits to the silver and no chips to the marble.

Hallmarks :-Readable, with slight distortions due to the uneven surface. Difficult to photograph due to location on the underside.
