Puckerings has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The top is crowned with a folding finial with two matching hinged handles to the side. The hinged lid fits perfectly and once opened reveals the lavish original gilded interior.
The underside is where the full English hallmark can be found for Birmingham 1906, Edwardian in era.
Excellent condition standing 4 1/4" tall to top of finial x 3" handle to handle x 2". 3.53 Troy Ounces / 109.8 Grams.
