Description

These have to be one of the nicest pairs of antique leather armchairs I’ve ever had. They have such generous proportions & the old leather is beautifully aged. They are also in great condition & I would date them to around the 1890-1910 period. These armchairs are pair, although one is a little bit larger than the other, however they are both still very large. They are Swedish & the leather is original. I saw them before they were polished & the leather was completely faded out, so they were hand coloured & have come out looking fantastic. The backs & arms are deep buttoned like a Chesterfield with the original insides & the cushions are feather filled. Please enlarge all the images. They look just as good from the back as the front.
